The Server Health page collects operational and configuration signals so administrators can investigate problems. A score is a summary of checks, not a security certification or proof that a community is safe.
Use the underlying findings to decide what needs attention. Confirm bot connectivity, module configuration and permissions before assuming a feature is enforcing your rules. Disabled modules and missing permissions change what the bot can do.
Understand how people arrive.
Invite management and usage tracking help you review invite links and changes in their use. Join attribution can provide context about how a member arrived, but Discord does not always provide a conclusive match.
Concurrent joins, vanished invites and special invite types can leave uncertainty. Sentinel shows uncertainty rather than presenting a guess as proof. Do not use invite attribution alone to make a moderation decision.
See user events and bot outcomes.
Discord log messages provide context for events such as member joins and departures, message changes and moderation actions. Searchable audit records let authorised staff investigate changes from the dashboard as well.
A deletion, timeout or ban should be recorded with its actual outcome. Permission failures and dry runs need to remain distinguishable from successful enforcement. Message content may be unavailable when Discord did not provide it or the bot did not have it cached.
Keep operational data with your staff.
Signing in uses Discord identity. Server permissions and explicitly assigned dashboard roles determine access, with checks performed on the backend for server actions.
These public pages do not expose member lists, live health scores, ticket transcripts or audit records. Choose appropriate log channels and review dashboard access when staff responsibilities change.
